There make not be one. Some states do not have a SOL on unpaid taxes if you did not file and they filed for you. If that is the case with you and they filed for you because you never filed. See if you can file yourself that way you might can get the SOL to rolling.

If you did file, but haven't paid the taxes, Check with the Ohio State dept of revenue for SOL on Ohio Taxes. and try to do an offer of compromise.
