CC Identity Protector -Third Party Purchase

What legal rights to I have against a company who refuses to take off a "Third Party Purchase" on the credit card that I have with them. I have contacted them serveral times and informed them that I did not authorize these purchases, and that I want them removed. I have now requested with the company that the account be closed and that a refund be issued. The Third Party Company is "CC Identity Protector" whom I have never heard of. The credit card company is "World Financial Network National Bank" who holds my Chadwicks account. Please help!
