Your primary tool for credit rehabilitation is a secured credit card.
You will be required to deposit money into a savings account, which will
"secure" your potential debt. You will not be able to withdraw
from this account until you either close the card account, or the bank
de-secures it. If you default on your card debt, the bank will take funds
from the savings account to cover the bill.
