Article 12.4. Financing Retail Purchases
California Civil Code Section 1812.20
1812.20. Notwithstanding Section 1801.6, no person shall require a
purchaser of goods or services to obtain financing from any
particular source. Any person who violates this section shall be
subject to the penalty provided in Section 1812.6.
