How old is your husband now? Depending on what state you reside in, the statute of limitations for a judgment is gone and past. If this is the case, simply write to all three credit bureau's to dispute this judgment, and they will contact the judgment creditor. If the credit bureau's cannot contact the judgment creditor to verify the debt, they will remove after 30 days.

If that is the case, your husband's judgment, has no legal recourse against him.
