never got charged

I traded in a dirt bike for quad, they paid off the dirt bike (even sent me a thank you letter). However the new bike was never charged to my account (open end account/credit card)that I hold with them. It's over 18 months going on two years. I called a repeatedly, only to find out there was no balance or payment due. A few days ago a representative of the company called and informed me I still have an open account with them, with no balance and I am welcome to use it. Is there a statute of limitations on them charging me now. please help.... thank you Albert
