SOL for Parking Tickets???

Hello, I just received a letter from a collection agency that is attempting to collect for a parking ticket that I received 5 years ago. I live in Florida and the maximum SOL time is 5 years, but I don't know if this would apply to parking fines. Thanks for your help! Mark
