I recently deicided to finaly clear all my debts i ran up from when I was 18(dumb kid) i cleard a phone bill mobil card and a ticket i also had three acounts from CBSJ for madical bills that totaled $322 i negotiated with the rep for a bit and we agreed that we could settle all accounts for $200 so i made a payment over the phone and thought that was it but im still getting calls from cbsj for the rest there saying that rep didnt have the authority to clear all accounts for that amount and that i still owed the balance, so my question is can i do anything about the fact the first rep lied to me and also if i do pay how do i know i wont be lied to again???? help is greatly apreciated
