If you look at the menu on the left, under books - the very first one on the list is very good. It tells you how to rebuild the fastest way possible, and exactly what to do.

Also, if you look under "credit directory" then "secured cards" you will see Capial One listed. They are very nice to work with - they will probably give you a chance.
