Thank you for your replies and interest to help. You're probably right, I need to check with an attorney since that's possibly who I'm fighting with, if the truth be known.
It looks like you folks put considerable time into this board trying to help others, and I've learned some things myself just reading the other posts here. Maybe those of us with questions who you've helped can repay the favor someday. Thanks again !
