YES my concern is since my state limitations are
10 yrs for written contract but CA hs 4 yrs.
I also dont know is this debt fall under written
contract. It was a cash loan to buy some thing.
They told me they are going to SUE me and mention
10 yrs limitations.
DID they just change these limitations . I thought it used to be less then 10 yrs.

Is your Legal service can help me if they sue me.
like if I became a member.
