First, it's not mine personally :) I am not here to actively seek people to go there, just offering suggestions.

If it was a cash loan, I am assuming you signed papers correct? Do you have the intial contract? If the initial contract states that the contract is valid under CA law, and can be pursued under CA state law" then the limitations stand at 4 years. If however there is no issuance of this in the orginal contract, then you may need to talk to an attorney.

That doesn't mean that you don't have options though. If you have further questions, you can email me personally, and maybe we can come up with some options for you. If not, good luck
