They call me today and left a message on my answering machine that they want to make a very
generous offer.

If they sue me, are they going to sue me in my state or in CA. The company is in Sandiego and the loan was in Sanfrancisco.My state statue is 10 yrs so I still have 1 more yr to go but CA is
4 yrs.
