Good for you!!! Yes, definitely - if you have made all your payments on time, they have to go by that letter. Any errors are their problem, not yours. Scan that letter, hahahaha and save the file so you have it whenever you need it. Fax it to her, LOL.

I have gotten so I keep absolutely everything!! There is so much nonsense going on, I have contracts and records in boxes in the garage!!
