I orginally had an auto loan secured of course by the car. After a couple years I ran into financial problems and the creditor repossesed the car. I still made voluntarary payments, but stop in 11/1997. The debt was originated in CA, but when I stop in 97 I lived in a state w/a SOL of 6 years for a written contract. My question is, which SOL presides here? I am assuming it CA, because that's were the debt was originally signed. Am I correct to assume this? Thanks
