If you are summoned then Yes. If you don't, the judge can either hold you in contempt or issue a "bench warrant" for your arrest. You should contact an attorney if this is your actual situation.

Remember, in order for the sueing party to accomplish this examination, there is a legal process. You should have initially gotten served. If this process hasn't happen, you still have time to seek advice. Good luck
