Rob,

The law says they are supposed to notify you prior to reinserting a previously deleted item, and it holds them to a higher standard of verification when they reinsert (which they ignore). So you have grounds for a lawsuit, with damages. And if it really isn't your account at all, you have big time damages. Get all your ducks in a row and go see a good lawyer. I have read some of the cases and appeals, and you need a very good lawyer. There are a lot of technicalities.
