I had a great job about 3 years back, made plenty of money, however with all these job cuts in the past few years mine was one of them, Anyway
I Started living off of my Credit Cards because of this situation, I had no money, I had to do something for the short term.
Well, little did I know it would turn into a long term deal which I have never been able to recover from. I had to stop paying on these cards because I ran out of money it was either Food and shelter or pay these Credit Cards they were not willing to help me at all..

My Statement/question is .I was living in Tennessee at the time of the Debt, which the Statute of limitations is 6 years for Credit card debt.It has been a little over 2 years since I stopped paying the Credit Cards.
I took a job in Mississippi about a year ago and the Statute in MS Is 3 years. Which one applies to me? Should I just wait it out of go file CH 7 BK?
I'm still not making much money and I don't see my self making much in the next few years with this econonmy And the business i'm in.
None of the Credit Cards or Collections Companies have contacted me in almost a year and a half and don't have my new address? Please Help Need some advise Bad!!!
Thanks Stan
