I am not sure if it is on my credit report. The collection agency has only my name and address, and probably my home phone number. How could they report this to my credit report? I thought they need my SSL to report such a thing (excuse my knowedge if I am wrong).

Anyway, it's a good suggestion to get a talk with my mortgage broker.
