Thanks For your advise Linda, A quick question If I may,
I have heard something that is called Judgement Proof That stats if you have no Collateral or not much money and don't think you will have much money in the next few years, there is nothing for them to sue you over is that true?

Linda, So you think if the Debt occured in Tenneesee and I now reside in Mississippi And they did try to sue me, it would take place in TN or would it take place in MS with TN govering Laws. Also when you said in a few years when I Apply for credit, and the SOL is up and it comes of my report why would I need to battle the Collection Agencies? wouldn't I just need to dispute it all after the SOL is up?
Thanks,
Stan
