Send the CA a letter {RRR} that they are not to contact you anymore about this matter. Don't acknowledge it is yours or mention the SOL in any way. There is a body of thought that acknowledging the debt resets the SOL clock. If they sue you, show in court {preferably with a lawyer} and site the SOL.
