But they do read these boards - well, I don't think they have a person who actually reads every board. what they have is "bots" that scan the enitre internet for their company's name, and then archive that page - I think most big corporations who are savvy do this now.

They have actually identified individuals online and sent them letters about what they said on a public message board.
