My friends are having a problem with this co. Gulf State has been calling about a collection for amounts my friends don't even know about and never got any bills for. Gulf State said they would not provide an itemization of the charges, which my friends *require* if they're going to pay out anything.
Now that I've read about this company, I'm convinced that this whole collection is bogus, with extortion tactics (threatening credit rating)
to cow consumers into paying money they don't owe. Please post more information about any class action suit or leave a URL for everyone's information.
