It won't hurt to call and ask for a rate reduction.
Two things that'll help. First of all, stop charging. Next, look at the cards by interest rates. Pay as much as you can afford on the card with the highest interest. On the other 3 cards, just pay the minimun. After the highest rate one is paid off, start sending all you can to the next highest rate card and so forth and so on. However, none of this helps if you keep using the cards.
