Thanks for your help Linda. I know you can't tell me one way or the other but if you were me I know just bare with me LOL. Would you Consider filing CH7 BK To get it over with and let the time start over or would you just sit still. I really don't know what to do?
I don't have to Apply for Credit for as many years as it takes because my wife makes enough money and has A++ Credit so Applying for credit for say 10 or more years isn't really an issue But since this debt occured before I got married and the Credit card companies did want to help me in anyway I just stopped paying.
What should I do I your opinion? or what would you do? How long can this stay on my report and how long can they hound me if they do at all? That's what I'm concered about if they can hound me for ever I'll just file BK!!! but if they have to replace good or bad credit after 7 years I might just let it play out.?
Thanks Linda
Stan
