They hold an account of mine that is older than seven years. I believe it is unreportable to a credit agency pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I am currently negotiating a settlement. If things don't go well, I would be interested in joining a class action lawsuit if one occurs. Keep me posted.
