Hey Linda, on my citibank that went delinquent in '92. The only thing I can find is a collection letter from 1994. It must be the first collection company that Citibank turned it over to. It lists Citibank and the exact same $ amount as Gulf State shows. Do you think this would be good enough to change the start date? Since the date of the letter is over 7 years old it would seem like that should be proof enough that the debt should not be listed.
