These guys are harassing the crap out of me. The other day my wife answered the phone when I wasn't home and they had her in tears. Has anybody else had similar problems with this company? Any suggestions? I would like to sue them under the unfair debt collections practices act, but the harassment has all been oral (no recordings), the letters are OK. I think I might be lacking in proof and damages are limited to $1000.00.
