They will be there, but will say "included in bankruptcy." If they don't just dispute them. You can usually dispute them completely off later, and get your report a little neater. Bk is harder to dispute, but people have done it. It isn't all that necessary. You will become a better credit risk sooner, if you file than if you go through CCC. However, you should talk to a lawyer to see if you qualify for bk before deciding. Linda
