Oh, wow. You should have paid the insurance instead of the credit cards!!! Water over the dam now, I guess. Forget the cards unless they take you to court to collect. If they do that, then you can take bk. Just make sure there is some money available to pay the bk lawyer if that happens. Most likely they will write these debts off, and you will ljust have to live with bad credit for the seven years. Keep a low profile so the collection agencies can't find you. Don't give out your address or phone number, and close any bank accounts. Sorry for your troubles. Linda
