Yes. Tell them you are recording their phone call, and in the same breath, say, "is that okay?" (even if you aren't) and then if they stay on the phone, ask for the person's name, company name, and mailing address. IF they are still on the line, tell them to cease contacting you by phone. Most likely they will just hang up.

Do this every time they call. They will most likely stop calling. If they continue, document on your calendar or datebook, whatever, the dates, times, and durations of the call, and what they said or did in response to your request for imformation. If you have the capacity to tape, turn it on before you say you are taping the call, so that the statment is on the tape.

Another option is to have someone else get on the phone with you and listen to the converstaion so you have a disinterested party as a witness to the conversation. Still document the calls.

If they don't tell you who and where they are, and if they don't honor your request to stop calling you, you can sue them.
