BK a judgment...

I had a Judgement against me and decided to BK it. My lawyer informed me that it just stops them from collecting it and it would still stay on my credit report for about 15 years or longer. I did some research and found out I could file a motion for Relief From Judgment Or Order. Under Rule 60.(http:www.courts.wa.gov/) It states if the judgement has been satisfied, released or discharged, I can file this. Have you ever heard of this. My lawyer says I would have to pay him an additional $3000.00 for this other filing. Please help if any suggestions. Thanks.
I live in the state of Florida.
