I am getting mail from a collection angency over a credit card debt that is over 14 years old. They have posted this debt on my credit report. When I disputed it with the credit bureau they informed me that they contacted the collection agency involved and they said it was not old and out of date. How can I get it removed from my credit report. It does show that I disputed the information but it is still showing. How can I find out if there was ever a judgement against me in the state of FL? I was never served. I now live in WV and have since 89 and the card debt was in FL before 1987. Thank you for your help and advise.

Susan
