I did have a Citbank account. I lost my card. Citbank sold my credit file to number of creditors. The last one was with GulfState Credit.

I went through the investigation process with GulfState Credit. They promised to erase the debt from my credit history as they didn't find any violation.

I just found out several years later the information still in my credit history.

Don't do business with Ctibank and Gulfstate Credit. They aren't trustful and nice people to deal with.
