Linda.. I have a question on SOL....I currently have some charge offs on my account from 98.....Most of these
charge off are credit cards that were opened in
Nebraska around 93 94 when I lived there but moved
to Colorado in late 94....Does the SOL apply to where
the credit cards were originally opened ie in Nebraska
or the time when they actually were charged off in 98
when I am here in Colorado?? How does the SOL work?
Where you are actually living when they did charge off
or where the account was open in Nebraska where I lived? Any info is appreciated.. thanks
