JUDGEMENT/GARNISHMENT

I voluntarily gave a car back in 1994. Chrysler filed a judgement against me in 1995 for the amount left over from the sale ($5400.00), including court and legal fees, which is fair. I had no money to pay for several years. Then the judgement was re-assigned to another state in 1996. Just last week that state ruled a garnishment of funds
against me and 2000.00 is gone from my account.
The garnishment is for $9500.00!
What should I do?
