: I am in the same place you are! Ask for validation of the debt. Don't confuse validation with verification. Ask them to produce something in writing, you signed that states you have a legal contract to pay them. If nothing else they will have to leave you alone until they produce verficiation. The FTC is a joke. Complain to your state Attorney General.
