SOL/Credit Card/13 years old

Linda, Help! 13 years ago, I had a visa card. It seems that without my knowledge or consent, my ex-husband ran up a balance on it of $757.38 as I was living amoung friends and on the street. (I could no longer live with him.) This was in Colorado. After living on the street for a while, I moved back home with my mother. All of a sudden I get a call on this debt I owe (that I know nothing about and it has never shown up on my credit report, that I can find) on a debt that I had no idea I had until 2 days ago. Of course, they start using terrist tactics. I don't know what to do. I don't know wether or not to believe them. (I did not have a balance nor did I charge the card that I know about. Although the ex might have, I just don't know.) I don't know even if they have any lawsuits and/or judgements either. It is not like I have been hard to find. I had to leave Colorado with just a suitcase so I have no documentation of anything. I have requested all documentation regarding this debt since it is so old and I have no idea regarding it. Your help and advice is very much appreciated.
