They contacted me by phone and I said yes, I had a credit card in 1988, but there were no charges on it and I had cancelled it, she threw me for a loop and stunned me. He was not authorized to use it, but somehow it was used. I just don't know. Through all the stuff I went through, I just don't remember. I currently live in Tennessee. The SOL for Tn is also 6 years. But it says that for a lawsuit or judgement is an SOL for 20 years, can they do that in my absence? The SOL for TN is 10 years.
