Do you like paying a $10 fee for each foreign ATM transaction? How about a finance charge from minute 1 on those transactions? Even if you pay your balance in full each month? That's the Mileage Plus FirstCard Visa. I just cancelled by account and advise others to do the same. Also, contact United Airlines and voice your displeasure - suggest that they change banks.
FirstUSA already got thumped by the Feds once and they should get it again.
