I have a company that is has filed suit against me. They gave me a copy of the credit card agreement. The agreement states that it is governed by the laws of the state of delaware. If I applied for and recieved the card in a state other than delaware, whose law applies. What is the statute of limitations for credit card debt in the state of delaware.
