Thanks for your info. The lawyer recommended BK.Ch.7 We were to embarrassed about the whole stigma associated with it. I've also heard about some new laws that make it tougher? to file.
Our cards are Discover Card(4600) and Chase Visa(5600). Tell me more about settlement negotiating please. Also what happens before and after SOL? 6 years in our state.
