To Linda (renew judgement in NY State)

Linda,
will I be notified in the advance if they decided to renew the judgement? Doesn't the 10 years statute of limitation in NY state protects me from this? Also, I notice that in one the messages below you state the following "Anyone reporting anything more than 7 years from that date is breaking the law. If they put a different date on it, it is called re-aging the account. Collection agencies are famous for it." Isn't my case a re-aging one? This whole thing occurred more than 10 years ago.
