Sears, as the creditor, can report the delinquency for seven years "from the date of the last regularly scheduled payment before the account became delinquent". The fact that you made two payments after the account became delinquent does not toll the statute for the creditor. If it is sent to collections, it can report for 7 1/2 years from the date of the last regularly scheduled payment before the account became delinquent.
