SOL & Charge off's in LA/TX

I have several charge offs from over 7 years ago. I am assuming the SOL would apply to this but my question is:
The debt was in LA, but i have since moved to TX. Does LA, stop the SOL clock since i moved out of LA? do i fall under TX SOL?
