Prepaid debit cards?

I'm looking for a prepaid debit card that can withdraw money from my checking account. My bank doesn't offer such a thing. I know of visabuxx.com and colbaltcard.com (who is no longer providing the service). Does any other exist? I want a card that I can purchase items off of the internet with and maybe use it in retail stores. I thank you for your time :)
