They are dwindling in number. Cobalt is going out for good. Visa Buxx is the only one I know of now. Oh someone mentioned the AAA website - they have a prefunded card. Both these cards are designed for parents to get cards for teenagers to use, so it has to look like that is what it is. Can't use the same SSN for both parent and teenager. ;) Linda
