open bank account without check systems

A few years ago I had a problem with a bank account I had. I recently paid it off. I tried opening a bank account and it still shows up in checksystems so I can not open an account at any bank. Is there any bank in the Greater Miami area in Florida that would allow me to open one. Thanks,
