Make sure you "receive and send everything" in writing - especially to G.S. (they also may operate under Account Portfolio Inc, OSI, etc.). Some have had numerous Federal violations. Do not talk to them on phone, they are verbally abusive. Above all, make sure everything you send is by certified, return receipt mail as proof.
