Hi i live in Tex but I have been told that after a depy is more than 2 years old they can not sue you...you will owe the dept for all your life but if they do not sue you within the 2 years then all they can do is ask you to pay but can not sue you...
I am dealing with 15 debts at this time and have only 4 left that the 2 years will be up this Nov. I just egnore them....

I am not a lawyer. you should call your legal aid in GA and ask them. they are usually very helpfull.
Here is a link for here in Houston.
